  • Simple nutrition habit

  •  Assessment: 60-minute workout/assessment to go over injuries, goals and challenges to fitness and nutrition.
  • 24 total workouts home & gym: warm-up, strength training and cardio - 3x/week 
  • Simple nutrition guidance (macros or hand option, no extremes)
  • Weekly accountability and check-ins for progress
  • Strong & Fit app access (workouts, tracking, resources)
