Who is Iva? 

Hi I'm Iva! a bilingual Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Fitness Instructor, mom, wife and bikini competitor

I’m here to help you transform your health and wellness journey because I have  been on one myself. 

My passion for this field comes from a personal place. For years, I struggled with depression and disordered eating, feeling stuck, insecure and out of control. As a stay- home mom I knew I needed to find a better way for me and my family. I committed  to movement, mindful eating, and self-care and I started to feel stronger, more confident, and genuinely happy. 

Now, I help busy women and moms do the same: build muscle, lose body fat, decrease bloating, boost confidence, and create sustainable habits that go beyond diets or quick fixes.

Through my hybrid programs, group coaching, and 1:1 support, I blend fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness to help you feel strong, healthy, and empowered inside and out.

Through Strong & Fit by Iva, I offer 1:1 sessions,  workouts, individualized training, accountability helping clients build a manageable routine.

Embracing a whole foods approach guiding clients toward making smarter choices and creating healthier habits that can last and get them closer to their goals.


Mindset

I offer a variety of services that go beyond just working out. From nutrition coaching and  health coaching. My goal is to  provide a holistic approach. I  also encourage a positive mindset. While going through depression and eating disorders I leaned into fitness and nutrition. finding balance helped me overcome my personal struggles. Now I tap into the motivation that helped me find success to guide others dealing with similar challenges.

After overcoming depression, fitness and nutrition became her medicine. 

"I know everybody's different...I want to help you through your journey of healthy eating and exercise."

I reached out to Iva mid-December 22. She has been my biggest hype man and has helped me during this journey in various ways. From coaching me states away, to being available to answer questions via text, bi-weekly video chats and sending me motivational text on days that I maybe struggling.
